Dani Stieler was born and raised in Colorado. She attended college in southern California at Biola University where she studied Kinesiology and played volleyball for four years. She continued to live in California for the warm weather and coached at Biola for four additional years until she met her husband, Kent, on a short trip home while visiting family for Spring Break. After six weeks of dating, they decided to get married, and she shortly after, moved to Loveland, Colorado.

Dani was baptized at St. Spyridon in May of 2013 and married a month later in June. She and her husband now have two kids with a third on the way and live in the mountains of west Loveland. Since the birth of their first child in 2015, she has been a stay-at-home mom until she stepped into a part time role of parish communications in January of 2023. She enjoys the outdoor life that Colorado has to offer along with the year-round sunshine, spending most summer days at the pool with the kids or camping.
